VEET® EasyWax™ Electrical Roll-On Kit Review

I was lucky enough to get another product recently from Influenster.  I received a Veet Easy Wax Electrical Roll On Kit.  I have used wax strips in the past and expected to have the same or similar outcome with this.  I was wrong!  This process required more time and patience, however, I think it had a better result.

The instructions are not that great so hopefully this will help someone out there trying to figure it out!  It took a few times to get the hang of it but once I did it was quick.  It did take a while for the wax to heat up but as long as you plan ahead that is not a problem.  I just simply plugged it in under my living room end table, did some laundry and other things around the house and then came back to it.  The temperature of the wax was perfect.  It was not nearly as hot as the wax at the salon but warm enough to spread easily.  I found that I needed to smooth the strip a few times with my hand before pulling it off.  I didn't leave the strip on that long, maybe 10 seconds or so.  I was able to use the same strip over and over again which was nice. I just used it until the wax started to seep through the other side and was making my fingers sticky.  I found that I needed a few passes of wax to get a good enough coating to grab the hair.  The first strip I did didn't pull out all the hair so the next strip I applied more wax and had much better luck.

The finishing wipes were great too.  They removed the extra wax easily and smelled really nice.  I must also say that I have had my legs waxed at the salon as well and this had the same results, if not better.  You can buy the Veet Easy Wax system at Amazon for $29.97 and the refill cartridges for $9.97.

Overall, I think this is a good product.  If you take the time to tweak your process I think you will have results similar to mine.  A lot of reviews complain about it taking a long time to heat up, being messy, not having enough strips, and not pulling out all the hair.  I feel that I took all of those reviews and figured out a way to overcome all of them!
